REFUNDS
When making a purchase from us, please choose carefully!
If anything, you’ve ordered arrives damaged,
please contact us straight away (hello@salutpies.co.nz),
providing us with your order number,
and a description + photo of the damage.
Please do not return any items before first making contact with us.
Damaged items must be reported to us within forty eight hours of your order being marked as ‘delivered’ on tracking.
Once you have received return approval you
may return the item(s) in the same condition they were received.
Once salutpies.co.nz has received the returned item(s), replacement items will be sent to you at no extra cost.
In the event that a replacement can not be supplied,
a full refund including any shipping costs will be issued.
If you receive any item(s) that you did not order,
you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to contact hello@salutpies.co.nz
