Salut Pies is no longer a small gourmet pie shop located in sunny Otaki on the Kapiti Coast. We will be a much larger gourmet pie shop located in the not so sunny Wellington City Central.
We offer a daily changing menu of delicious pies that are hand-crafted with locally sourced ingredients. We take pride in creating pies that are unique and a meal all on their own!

We're proud to have earned a spot in Derek Morrison's Best Gourmet Pies of New Zealand. It was really tough to choose three out of our ever changing menu and creative pie flavours, but we think these three showcase what we're about at Salut Pies.
It’s an honour to be included in this celebration of the country’s most beloved pies and the passionate makers behind them.

We pride ourselves on experimenting with locally sourced ingredients and nothing is too weird or wacky to be encased individually in pastry.
We take great care in crafting each individual pie by hand to ensure the best pie outcome. We look forward to seeing you soon!
